Submitting Content

Clayfire Curator invites you to share your own pictures, text, or other content (“Content”) through Guest Blogs, The View from Your Pew, monthly Projects, and Comments.

You agree that you will not submit Content that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from the rightful owner(s) to submit the Content and to grant Clayfire Curator all of the license grants specified below.

Comments are not reviewed by Clayfire Curator prior to posting, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Clayfire Curator. We reserve the right to edit or delete your comments. Please refer to our Comments Policy for more information.

Because you own the Content you submit, we need to license certain rights from you so that we can include it on the website.

License Grants. When you submit your own copyrightable Content to Clayfire Curator, you retain ownership of any copyright you claim to your submitted Content. You will be acknowledged as the copyright owner on the website. However, by submitting your Content, you are granting Clayfire Curator the right, in perpetuity, to use, alter, and/or display them however we see fit. This license is worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free. You grant Clayfire Curator the right to store, use, reproduce, publish, edit, translate, modify, adapt, distribute, prepare derivative works of, publicly perform, and publicly display the Content alone or as part of other works in any form, including but not limited to a blog, in a book, a video, or presentation.
